Greek Craft Microbrewery’s Pandemonium,Alea Brewing co., and Strange Brew barrel aged quad 330 ml metamorfosis this is a Barrel Aged Quad at 13% alchohol, rich in body and aromas, aged for 12 months in tsipouro and whiskey barrels that provide maximum complexity. Dark amber color with a strong aroma of dried fruits, while the esters and phenols of the abbey yeast have softened during the lengthy aging process.
